It's time for another look at an online game from the kids' point of view.  There are a lot of MMORPG's out there today; some are appropriate for kids, and some definitely aren't.  We've tried to focus on the kid-oriented MMO's, and have our "kid gamer" take a close look at what they have to offer.  Recently our 8-year-old Zane took some time to get familiar with Fusion Fall, made by Cartoon Network and featuring a number of their most popular characters within the game.  It's a kid-friendly, kid-oriented game.  But is it worth playing?  Is it fun for kids?  Let's find out...

Q. So, Zane, what made you interested in playing Fusion Fall?
A. The Cartoon Network Characters.  I'm a really big fan of Samurai Jack.

Q. Were there enough choices for making your character?  Do you think he looks cool?
A. Yeah, and it was awesome that I could pick my real first name as a name choice!

Q. Was it hard to learn how to play the game?
A. Not really.  It was pretty easy.

Q. Did the tutorial help you, and did you like going through it?
A. Yeah, I liked it.  It helped me learn to battle and stuff.

Q. You have a lot of missions you can do, but what is the overall goal of the game in Fusion Fall?
A. Trying to stop the "Fusion" characters and defeat the Fusion Leader to stop it.

Q. Do characters look a lot alike, or are there many outfit pieces you can use to look different?
A. Yeah, there must be like hundreds.  I never saw anyone who looked exactly like me.

Q. Are the areas in Fusion Fall pretty big?  Are there a lot of places to go?
A. Yeah, there are many places to go. And I think the areas are HUGE!

Q.What's your favorite part of Fusion Fall?
A. Fighting the Evil Fusion characters.

Q. What do you like most about your character?
A. Well, my new hoverboard is really cool.

Q. What do you like least about the game?
A. Timed quests!  I think they should take those out, because they're annoying.

Q. Do you play with other players a lot?
A. Only sometimes.

Q. So, you can do most of your missions on your own?
A. Yeah, usually.

Q.How do you think Fusion Fall looks visually compared to other free games you've seen and played?
A. It's pretty good.  I'd give it a 7 out of 10.

Q. What kind of score would you give Fusion Fall as a whole?
A. I'd give it an 8.

Q. What would make Fusion Fall better or more fun?
A. Maybe if you could make or design your own weapons and outfits.
